Drawing 101 B
In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of drawing, including the key areas of contrast, form, composition, and process. Subject matter may include object study, still life, interior space, self-portrait, and the figure. For this class students will need a drawing/sketching notebook with quality paper (preferably larger than 8.5 X 11"), an 18” x 24” newsprint drawing paper pad, pencils of varying hardness (4H, 2H, HB, 2B, 4B), compressed and vine charcoal (soft and hard), a kneaded eraser, and a white rubber eraser. Your instructor may request additional materials upon enrollment.
