Join Root Division on October 9, 2021 from 7-9 pm for a limited capacity reception in honor of our 20th Annual Art Auction. Our October 2nd Saturday opening will be the time to meet and greet participating artists and to see the art up close and personal. Featuring over 150 artworks by emerging and established Bay Area artists, there’s something for first time buyers and seasoned collectors alike!
The exhibition boasts dynamic works by Bay Area gems Masami Teraoka, Catherine Wagner, and Ben Venom; elegant sculptural works by Masako Miki, Sandra Ono, and Kacy Jung; RD Alumni favorites such as Dana Hemenway, Robert Minervini, and Kevin E. Taylor; and a lineup of fresh works by current Root Division Studio Artists like Christopher Williams, Adriana Ramirez, and Ileana Tejada.

As we transition back into in-person events, our 2nd Saturday reception will be open for a limited number of guests*, so we request that you RSVP in advance. We're excited to see you in person!
* In response to updates to San Francisco’s “Safer Return Together” City Health Order, we will require all guests (over age 12) to bring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry into this event.
We ask this as a show of community care and a move towards continued safety at our in-person events. You may bring a physical copy of your vaccination card or via digital download through the State of California Digital Vaccine Record Portal here.
For the safety of our extended community, we also ask that you continue to wear a mask when in the Root Division space and please only bring along guests that have also RSVP’d for the event.
