Renae Moua "R.L. Muas" is an interdisciplinary artist, educator and radical community arts organizer residing on Ohlone land. Their latest projects are concerned with digital media, cyberspace and its relationship to capitalism, power, and IRL curated violence. Their teaching and creative practice intersects the visual arts with critical social theory, and a DIY ethos to further shape how we empower collective liberation and autonomous futures.

Currently, they are the 2018-2019 Visual Arts Curator in Residence at SOMArts and an Ethnic Studies M.A. candidate at SFSU with an emphasis on queer and diasporic visual culture.
