In this three-session, in-person course students will learn the different processes of hand-dyeing, such as tie-dying, gradient dyeing, or sprinkle dyeing. Students will be learning how to dye their custom-made garments such as a tote bag, a hat, t-shirts, or pants. There will also be a time in the last week to learn how to do some appliqué and basic embroidery. Some basic supplies are included in the course fee, however, an additional materials list will be provided upon registration. Please note: This class will occur in person at Root Division, located at 1131 Mission Street in SF.
