Anisa Esmail is the Marketing Coordinator at Root Division, bringing a blend of arts administration expertise and creative practice to the team. A Bay Area native and San Francisco State University alumna with previous education from the San Francisco Art Institute, she has also contributed her skills to California College of the Arts and The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. Beyond her marketing role, Anisa is an active member of the local arts community as an abstract figurative painter, arts writer, and womenswear designer. Her artwork has been showcased at venues such as Bass & Reiner and Southern Exposure.
