Root Division recruits and empowers Studio Fellows to inspire youth, support community engagement, and enrich the Bay Area through the visual arts. We seek individuals who are passionate about arts education, exhibition programming, nonprofit arts administration, and community engagement. Teaching Fellows serve as Root Division teaching artists, providing free art classes at one of our nine partner sites and creating meaningful connections between practicing artists and the schools’ diverse communities.
