Fiber Dyeing Workshop
In this one-day workshop, students will learn the basics of acid dyeing for protein-based fibers. Using color theory, students will work together to develop colors in the dye pot, dye their own silk scarf, and gain an introductory understanding of acid dyeing and shibori techniques. Students will leave with a silk scarf, samples, and tips for working with wool and wool blends.
