Cyanotype Workshop
Learn the photographic process of cyanotype in this virtual workshop! Cyanotype is a photographic process that produces a cyan blue print when exposed to UV rays from the sun. In this workshop, you will learn to coat paper with cyanotype chemistry and create photographic images of botanicals or other household objects by exposing them to the sun. With a fairly simple process and minimal supplies, cyanotype is a fantastic alternative photo process that you can easily do from home. This class is scheduled for four hours, with one hour dedicated to offline solo work. A materials list will be provided upon registration; supplies must be purchased independently.
