Intro to Portraits Workshop — In Person

This one-session in-person class is an introductory course to portraiture, so no prior experience is needed. Students will understand ways to render 3D forms onto paper, and how to develop a portrait.  Instruction will cover foundational techniques such as gesture drawing, proportions, and value. A materials list will be provided upon registration; supplies must be purchased independently. Please note: this class will take place in person at Root Division, located at 1131 Mission Street in SF.
