Copy of Drawing 101 Workshop – In Person

This four-session class is an introductory course to drawing, so no prior experience is needed – you will simply need the desire to learn how to draw. In each class we will explore new elements of drawing (line, shape, space, perspective, texture, value, composition), eventually combining all these elements to create a finished drawing. A materials list will be provided upon registration; supplies must be purchased independently. Please note: this class will take place in person at Root Division, located at 1131 Mission Street in SF.

COVID UPDATE

In response to the current COVID-19 situation, and the CDC statement on May 11, 2023, masks are not required but encouraged at Root Division.

If you are feeling sick, please do not come into the space - feel free to reach out and we can discuss options for making up missed material.

We ask this as a show of community care and a move towards continued safety while gathering in-person.
