Art is all around us. In this in-person three-session introductory workshop, students will learn about the origins of installations, Ready Made Art, and the nature of Pop Art. This class considers the importance and methods of storytelling with 3-D objects, and allows students to experiment with various techniques based on personal interests. Discussions will focus on compositional skills, as well as gaining deeper understanding of depth, value, form, and color. A materials list will be provided upon registration, supplies must be purchased independently. Please note: this class will take place in person at Root Division, located at 1131 Mission Street in SF.
