Building on skills from Drawing 101 or anyone with previous drawing experience, this four-session in-person course encourages students to develop their own style and preferences within the general structure of drawing from observation. We’ll focus more intensely on complex subjects like figure drawing/anatomy, rendering transparent or reflective surfaces, and learning how to talk about and critique our colleagues’ work. A materials list will be included upon registration. We partner with Arch Art Supplies which creates a specific class kit for Intermediate Drawing, we recommend you purchase the kit via this link. Please note: This class will occur in person at Root Division, located at 1131 Mission Street in SF.
*Sections A, B, and C are the same level and general course content. They occur on different dates and may have different instructors.
