Frances Fleetwood

Frances Fleetwood, known to most as Frankie, is a curator, producer, and coordinator of all manners of art programs, performances, and events. They have spent the last ten years working with artists with disabilities at Creative Growth in Oakland, and Arts Project Australia in Melbourne, and are passionate about art and accessibility. They have a Bachelors of Art History and a Masters of Art Curatorship from the University of Melbourne, and are currently undertaking a Masters of Disability Studies at CUNY. Frances is part of an Oakland collective that organizes an annual queer collaborative fashion and music performance event called FILF, which is currently on hiatus due to the pandemic. In their free time, you can find them drawing, sewing, enjoying the sun, hiking in nature, and nerding out playing Magic the Gathering.
