Alum Artist Representative
Kacy Jung is a Taiwanese visual artist based in San Francisco. Before she began her journey in art, she had worked in the biomedical science field for many years. Since then, through a practice that intertwines field study and photo-based mixed media sculpture, she has conducted an investigation analyzing the capitalist system and the formation of socioeconomic consciousness. Kacy graduated with an MFA from San Francisco Art Institute in 2018 and joined Root Division Studios Program from 2019-2020. Currently she is bringing her project to different parts of the world through exhibitions and artist residencies.
