RegisterThis six-session in-person class will introduce you to the basic techniques and materials for oil painting. Each session builds on the previous one and all exercises are designed to provide students with a hands-on understanding of color, value, composition, and paint application. This class will focus on learning the basics of painting from master studies, painting from photographs, and still life. Some basic supplies are included in the course fee, however, an additional materials list will be provided upon registration. Please note: this class will take place in person at Root Division, located at 1131 Mission Street in SF.
