Nathalie O’Brien is an Acrylic/Mixed Media painter based in the Bay Area. Her work ranges from still life to abstract painting, focusing on color and shape. She uses materials such as acrylic, oil pastel and glitter glue to explore this.
Artist Statement
My current body of work explores color, shape and texture through mixed media painting. I use a mix of figurative and abstract painting techniques to explore this. I work with watercolor, acrylic paint, oil pastel and glitter on paper. My creative process is improvised, creating different shapes as I paint.
