Taura Null is a practicing artist in San Francisco, working primarily in acrylics. While creating art has been a lifelong passion, she committed to this work only after spending over two decades in other careers. She has a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. She spent the first part of her career working in various marketing roles at Internet start-ups, most (in)famously at Napster. After finishing with the start-up lifestyle, she started her own business providing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services to small businesses. She's also inspired by youth education. She has designed curriculum for and taught after-school art classes for elementary kids. She's also a regular volunteer at La Scuola International School in the Mission, where her child attends.
