Organizing Your Art Business

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the business side of your arts career? During this workshop, students will learn useful time management and organizational systems and how to tailor these tools for their individual needs. We'll discuss the importance of creating meaningful and achievable priority and to do lists and build templates for tasks including outreach, contact database management, social media scheduling and exhibition preparation. Students will come away with an understanding of how to organize their administrative days for increased productivity and success! Please come prepared with a To Do list.
