RegisterThis four-session in-person class will introduce you to the basic techniques and materials for abstract painting. Students will go over the three basic building blocks of abstract painting: finding your signature mark, harmonizing your palette, and abstract composition. Each concept is its own class, with the last session focusing on putting all of them together. The goal is to find your signature style of abstract painting, make space for expression without judgment, and learn tools to paint boldly and with confidence. A material list will be sent to you upon registration. Please note: This class will occur in person at Root Division, located at 1131 Mission Street in SF. Note: No class on March 4.
