Instructor: Alicia McDaniel
Dates: Mondays, November 29, December 6, 13, 20
Time: 6:30-8:30 pm
This four-session virtual class is an introductory course to illustration with pen and ink, so no prior experience is needed – you will simply need the desire to learn how to draw and ink your creations! Students will be introduced to the fundamental principles and elements of drawing (line, shape, space, perspective, texture, value, composition) to create their own unique illustrations. We will look at different illustrators and an array of inking techniques. A materials list will be provided upon registration; supplies must be purchased independently. Please note: this class will take place virtually over Zoom.
*Sections A, B, and C are the same level and general course content. They occur on different dates and may have different instructors.
