This four-week studio workshop at Root Division (1131 Mission St.) explores the cyanotype process beyond paper. Students learn to coat, expose, and develop images on glass, ceramic, wood, and fabric, experimenting with how each material bends light and chemistry in its own way. The class blends technique with playful investigation, guiding participants toward creating expressive blue-toned objects rather than flat prints. Perfect for artists interested in material-driven image making and hands-on experimentation.
A material list will be included upon registration.
