In this four-session workshop you'll learn about a number of free and low-cost tools available for creating beautiful, intuitive portfolio websites, and then put that knowledge to work as you build your own portfolio site. Technologies covered in the first class include Flavors.me, Tumblr, Virb, SlideShowPro Director, and Weebly. Subsequent classes will serve as opportunities for students to present their sites-in-progress to the group and receive feedback and guidance. No previous coding or website creation experience is required.
NOTE: This class will NOT cover WordPress–which is recommended only for individuals with intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP.
