Rachel Welles is a Southeast Asian interdisciplinary artist and visual storyteller who works primarily in photography and music. She earned her BFA in Photography from California College of the Arts and has managed commercial studios and galleries specializing in designs for archival and conservation practices. Rachel is passionate about celebrating cross-cultural exchanges in her work, and in her spare time you can find her at band practice or looping her collection of instruments.
